Estee Lauder Skin Care Anyone?

OK, short form, I hope. I received a nice-sized gift card to Macy's. YOWZA!!! I don't really need anything until I came to my good senses and that little voice chanted in my ear a couple of dozen times... "new skin care discoveries...go to their beauty counter"... that brought on heart palpitations.. in a good way. Then it dawned on me, I wanted to ask YOU beauties about Estee Lauder, since it's one line I've never tried (as far as skin care). It appears there's a couple of intriguing products- Perfectionist CP+R..Wrinkle lifting/firming serum.. which sounds good since I love serums. This one sounds like it contains cones though. Also, a product that I hear has evolved and been a part of the line for many years.. Advanced Night Repair SRC. I know that one has a long-term loyal following. Just need to sit down and look at the ingredient decks. I'm getting picky about what I put on my skin.. knowing it absorbs right into our blood stream.

The following doesn't necessarily make it a cutting edge product. I was hoping to get any input. Are there any hidden treasures in EL skin care that you've found. I don't hear many talk about EL here so I really am curious. Would love to hear the good, bad and the ugly.

I've been really lucky at 58 now. My only problem areas which bug me are fine lines starting at the corner of mouth to chin when I'm not smiling. But.. no upper lip wrinkles, eyes look smooth corners and lids, neck looks really good. My start of jowls seem to be lifting back up- may attribute to gaining a few lbs. I was pretty gaunt for a while. Watching Dana's application behind the ears really helped too. I'm super frugal with my coveted facial conformer (another excellent eBay purchase when P went back to their other pkging so they were liquidating all the "new" old packaging.. if that makes any sense).

I'm still using the last of my Perricone- much of it as spot treatment to get the most mileage. I sure don't want to give up my HP Evening Repair- Not if I can help it anyway. I still have an ounce left which will last a while. I'm also using Acyl-Glutathiome, Wrinkle serum (eBay) & HP Amine Complex. Plus still have some baby-sized Cold Plasma jars and I know probably some eye products in my cabinet.

I will say, I'm reeeeally liking this Skinn's last TTV's Deep Wrinkle Protocol. Whether real or imagined, I feel I look better right now that I have in quite a while.. but then I was recouping from 7 surgeries and some pretty harsh treatments. I don't have deep wrinkles- but maybe it's like pain.. stay ahead of it, before it has a chance to creep up when you're not expecting.. or looking. I'd like to keep everything like it is now -ambitious and probably a far cry from realistic. I even bought the Sonic Infuser, kicking myself afterwards thinking what a silly purchase. WRONG! I LOVE this little machine... it's no tinker toy at all!

I'm using in tandem and alternating with Skinn's last TTV plus a 3 piece eye kit.. mask, decrinkler (blah for me). I think the powerhouse product in this one is the reorganize night balm.

I'm truly convinced I get better results by switching things up not to build a resistance- so like a variety in my arsenal.

I replenished my Genifique face & eye when the shopping/JM channel {#emotions_dlg.rolleyes} had their TS. Too bad this wasn't offered on auto ship. The bottle for face is impossible for air travel or any travel really. I have my super-sized samples of High Resolution Refills 3x which I think is one of Lancome's best creams.

Used and loved JM's argon. It's SO nice, plus I felt good about the ingredients. But after a while it dried out my normal skin.. which is so bizarre. I now use the Infinity Intensive Creamy Oil. It creates a nice barrier at bedtime for my other products. Genius stuff.

So much for brevity. Sorry for any grammar faux pas or typos. Way past bedtime, I'm so tired I can barely keep my eyes open. Thanks for reading through this long drivel if you made it.... and for any insight/experience with EL's skin care if you've used any products in their line. Much appreciated.
