Just be careful with what you purchase if you intend to use them internally. Not all oil qualities are alike.

Love essential oils.  Lavender is great for burns, calming, sleep. Does not need to be diluted. Peppermint is great for headaches...put on back of neck.  Quality of oils is important...read the label to be sure that the EO is just that..the pure ingredient, no filler.
