Escape to the Tropics A-D

It was taking forever to get the 2 second shipment. I was never told of a reason for the delay and didn't find out the was a delay until I call QVC customer service. It would have been nice to been told of the problem. I finally got tired of waiting and cancelled my A-D order. Anyone else have problems with Laura Geller's A-D?
