How are you wearing your eye and lip colors? Snce Laura can't demo this, it will be fun to see the different combinations everyone comes up with! I'm wearing mine today. Here goes!
Balance & Brighten in Fair - Another one to add to my collection!
If you are a newer Geller girl, I will tell you I'm a big fan of this. It covers my rosacea and gives me a peaches and cream complexion. It doesn't make my combo skin too oily, and it feels just as good at the end of the day. I do alternate with other favorite foundations, too.
Blush & Brighten in Como - When I first saw this, I thought, "uh oh, too dark." I put it on very lightly. I was wrong! So I put a little more on. On me, it's a little darker than Tropics, and a little browner in color, but a great summer look!
Baked Eye Dreams in Pink Sunset - This really did get me worried when I saw it! But I should know by now not to judge until I put it on. I used the first two colors in the palette. I put shimmering champagne all over my lid area, then put dusty rose in the crease. The dusty rose is beautiful. It doesn't look "rose" at all to me, but a very neutral soft light brown/taupe with just a hint of pink. I'll experiment with the other colors later.
Waterproof eyeliner in Aquamarine - I jumped up and down when I put this on! Years ago Estee Lauder had a color called Skipper Blue. Ladies came up to me in the mall and asked me what "eyeshadow" I was wearing. It made my eyes stand out so much. I carried the last little stub around with me for a long time trying to find something - anything - to match that color. No luck. A few years ago EL came out with Newport Blue. It was close, but it didn't stay on and it smeared. THIS IS IT! I'm so happy! It's a marine blue color, not too much green and not navy. It's incredible and does wonders for my hazel eyes! My whites are shining today!
Dream Creams in Como - I studied this a while, then decided to wear the first color, Sparkling Pink. It didn't show up much. So I put on the third color, Cool Coral, with the Sparkling Pink over it. That was the match! It looks like a light bronzy coral on me. I'm wearing tan, gold, and brown clothes today, so it works. Again, I'll experiment more later!
Laura's brushes -- excellent!!
I'll be waiting to see what combos you all come up with and recommend!
