Long known for his line of men’s scents, Christopher Wicks of English Laundry tweaked his No. 7 blend just for the ladies. Bright and fruity, the result is both flirty and fun, grounded with alluring hints of masculine musk .

This fruity cocktail combines hints of pear, jasmine, melon, and apricot to create a fragrance fit for the warmer months (or when you’re longingly thinking about said months). Base notes of sandalwood, vanilla, and musk add warmth.

Spritz on pulse points like wrists and neck. Be prepared to turn some heads.

Thanks, mystic! This really describes it so well, AND yes, it does turn heads!

MagnoliaMs, not to confuse things Smile, but your English Laundry Signature for women is not the No. 7 for women that Mistic is referring to.

Here's the English Laundry page on an excellent site called fragrantica.com: LINK.

Yes, SuzyQ, I knew that, but thanks for caring enough to post! I was just referring to her post about about the Signature. Thanks, also, for the site to go to. I can't wait to check it out.

Oh, okay. Good. I just wanted to make sure you knew.

The site is actually fascinating -- not just reviews but also so much information about fragrance. I will say, though, that judging by the comments about specific perfumes, I think it's populated more by people who are much into scent than by the casual person just looking for a fragrance that suits them.

It's a connoisseur's site, in a way. Smile

I have not been happy with any I have tried since that took place. The English Laundry sounds interesting. I'm looking at Nordie's online for it.

Hi, Southern Fried Chick, I hope you find it and can sample it. I came upon it by accident. I'm not into the floral perfumes, but I like a feminine, not too sweet smelling, and fresh scent that has staying power. I found it's not too strong, but definitely turns heads and gets inquiries as to what you are wearing! I'm picky about my fragrances, too. Let me know if you try it. I"d love to know what you think.

I will definitely let you know what I think about it.

Dillard's has English Laundry for women. They carry the whole line, plus gift sets. Love the scents. Very nice, and not over whelming. They are beautiful scents, along with the packaging. The #7 is more citrus, and the pink signature is sweeter although not overly done.

I love the scent of this one ooh.li/2262ea3 (there are 3 or 4, but the ginger scent is unreal!)
