Emergency Make-up Assistance Needed!!!

I can't believe this is happening. I woke up with 4 randomly placed red splotches on my face and have a fundraising event tonight! Need help with recommendations for covering this! I had been using retinol again, low dose, with no issues or irritation...but I think I should have stopped on Wednesday night...and to top it off, I exfoliated last night, so I think that aggravated my skin. Anyway, if you have any recommendations for covering this...I would realllllly appreciated! I read online about using green concealer? Does this work??
