I just received my elemis order today. One jar is the night cream and the other is the day cream with SPF30. The day cream came in a box however not the night cream. I have ALWAYS received these products in boxes. Kinda wondering did I get a return on the unboxed on? Not sure if I want to keep it. Has anyone else had this problem? Just worried on why this happended. QVC should let you know yes we are aware of no box for one of your products and this is why. Thank you.

Go under Customer Care, a return shouldn't be an issue. You can tell if it was opened.

@friendscafe Many of the beauty products are shipped by the vendors.

I'd return it at QVC's expense. I've never received an Elemis product without the box.

I have that same set on auto-delivery. I can't remember if there is a seal under the lid? If not, I would not be happy and call CS too. Mine have always arrived boxed.
