Elemis Cleansing Balm Question

I find that when you ask a question under a product you often never get an answer. I wish all the representatives would have someone who routinely answers questions that shoppers ask. You would think they would do that.

I use and love the Pro Collagen Cleansing Balm----like them all---currently Black Cherry.

What is the difference------the better one for mature/dryer skin?

I'm not clear on the difference of the Pro Collagen and the Superfood Glow Cleansing Butter. Which is better for more mature ladies?

TIA

Re: Elemis Cleansing Balm Question

[ Edited ]

I just recently started using the cleansing balm - I bought a pack of 4 small sizes.  I like it so far but I don't think it does a great job of removing eye makeup.  I still use my Neutrogena makeup wipes after to remove everything.   And I use another cleanser on my face after the balm.  I like that it removes all the facial makeup though.  Love the feel and scents.

Anyway just reading the descriptions it looks like the cleansing butter has exfoliating properties.  The balm doesn't say that.

I 'm going to buy another set - a duo - but I'll buy the balm.

@QPrincess  I'm interested in the Elemis Cleansing Balms but haven't tried them yet. Looking the the Elemis website which might help you with more information.

From what I've read, the one that is in the yellow jar is the basic super cleansing fragranced with 9 essential oils including Lavendar, Chamomile and Eucalyptus. The Black Cherry, Fig, Rose have different fragrances. On the Elemis website, there is also a fragrance free cleansing balm.

I think the 5 are interchangeable just with different fragrances and they are all 'hydrating' balms. The orange Superfood balm is for deep cleansing or mask.

The orange Superfood Glow Cleansing balm has pumpkin enzymes and Acerola Cherry natural AHA to help brighten skin and can also be used as a deep cleansing mask.
