edward bess summer in capri

Oh my.{#emotions_dlg.ohmy} That is pretty! Did you buy that from QVC Harpa or did you get it somewhere else? I think I want that.

I want it, too! I can't find it on the Q's site. Can you tell us the price?

His hair is ridiculous unless he is growing it to have it cut for children with cancer. His products are way over priced. He was or is a model - what does he know about makeup? Perhaps from wearing it in photo shoots? Not interested -- he is over zealous about selling his products. I had to change the channel.

I diagnose that you have serious Hair Jealousy.

That's a horrible sickness to have. {#emotions_dlg.w00t}

Overzealous? Are we watching the same guy? Some ppl really react badly to people who seem not to conform to gender norms. Whatever the issue, I don't think EB is the source of your discomfort. I want to run my fingers through that hair. I would if he was a girl, too. It's not a sexy thing, it's a hair thing. I love it!

For a NYC male model, he looks great. He has a look that is beautiful and angelic, quite asexual, not a look I admire for the men in my life, but for him, it works and has made him money. I have a couple of his products, the pearl cream and the lipsticks and they are wonderful. His appearance is not a turn off to me with regards to the quality and desireability of his make up line.

I tried his pearl moisturizer hoping for a ""glow"" and sent it back as was disappointed that it was not anything special. I did like his make-up as has full coverage and was one of the first items he presented.

Are you speaking to me???? I was just joking about the diagnosis of hair jealousy comment. I don't feel any discomfort at all.

I'd suggest that maybe hair jealousy isn't the only issue...

His hair is beautiful and if he wants to wear it this way that's completely up to him... I like him and I like his products... And I'd venture to say that many of the make-up gurus didn't know a great deal about make-up until they decided they wanted to learn more about it and get into the business... EB is hardly the only male out there offering a line of makeup. And even if he were, so what!

I think I can buy at least three tubes of Revlon lipstick for one of his, though, I guess if the color looks right to the viewer and you don't mind the expense, go for it!

I'm not jealous, but envious. I'd give anything for that head of hair. He does have beautiful skin also.

Yeah, I too thought his lipstick was a tad pricey. When it was first presented, I thought it was $32 for all three--not for one!

I have his concealer and really like it. I ordered his new eyebrow pencil today.

Is that the Sea Extreme Cover cream? Hautelook was selling Edward Bess last week but the concealer was not this one, it was a click style pen. How do you find the coverage? Does it go on thick or thin? I've had issues with products either not covering dark circles or if they do, they are too thick and cakey looking.

It's pretty full coverage which I like. I was on the fence for the longest time as didn't know whether to pick the light or med. Am normally a light but his light looked very fair in the pot. I am a light but not porcelain. I did end up getting the light and it is working for me.
