EZ Pay question

Got a quick question. I ordered a 32 oz AD BGT CC. I didn't realize it was on EZ Pay, and so I called customer service but it's too far in processing to change at all, even just cancelling and reordering. So I thought maybe I could order a second on the EZ Pay and then cancel future shipments of the first. I'm new to my q card though, and was wondering if the future shipments would also be EZ pay and if that's an option you guys would do in my situation. TIA!!!

Your post is a little unclear... Is your original purchase NOT on EZ pay?...and you want it to be?

If you ordered the BGT in the TSV...it is no longer available so cancelling and re-ordering isn't an option for you.

Your other question: if something ordered on EZ Pay (an auto-delivery), would future shipments also be EZ Pay? The answer is Yes.

Perhaps AFTER your first shipment, Customer Service MAY be able to add that to your future shipments. Might be worth a try.

Q used to automatically apply auto-pay. I place my orders online. If I go through speed-buy. EZ Pay always applies. If I don't, I have to select that option.

I think I get it. You had the option of easy pay, you didn't take it, they can't put it on easy pay now? Any subsequent AD would also be on a one pay. You could order a second 32oz on EZ Pay, if that's still available and return the first one, just make sure you return with the correct order. All subsequent ADs of the EZ Pay order would be on EZ Pay. You could cancel the first orders subsequent shipments. I am getting out of the EZ Pay game for the most part. I did it a lot last year. Now I am planning on just the seasonal TSV, if offered and the Seasonal 32oz AD. There come those months on EZ Pay when you realize you have 3 EZ Pays at different stages all coming out. I like to pay and be done with it. But if you want EZ Pay, that is what you could do.

I'm so sorry...yes, you are both correct, my original purchase was not ez pay because I didn't realize it was available. So I called CS to ask to get it changed but the process was too far through in order to change anything. The good thing is that means it'll probably ship today haha.

The funny thing is I usually speed buy and didn't that time for some reason. GRRR!!!!

So I could return it I realize, but could I also just cancel the ADs on the first order and place the second AD order on EZ Pay? Thanks!

If you can still order the BGT on AD (and it looks like you can, until 4/5) then yes. You can cancel all future shipments of the one you already ordered (you might have to wait until you get it to do that though), order a new one on EZ Pay, and get the new one every 4 months on AD with all the shipments being on EZ Pay.
