The Isomers item that I ordered on the 13th. just shipped today. Someone posted in another thread that the delay is due to them moving to a new warehouse and getting impacted by the weather. They said that the delayed orders should be shipping within the next couple of days. BTW, I called a few times about my order and was given a different answer each time, so I don't think that CS has very accurate information.

If it's one of the better deals offered, why not put a pic in her b'day card (or a description) and let her know it's on it's way? I have certain friends I know so well, I can buy their fav skincare products as gifts. They know me that well also. I would rather wait for a great purchase my friend knows I would love, than a candle...

Your order has probably been cancelled & they haven't bothered to notify you. I had this happen once. My order sat in processing for 9 days so I e-mailed them to see what the delay was. I got a response that my order would be shipping that day. The next morning I had an e-mail from them that my order had been cancelled because they couldn't get the item that I'd ordered from the vendor.

OH WOW that is so aggravating, and terrible customer practices. They should have at least given you some kind of gift card for future purchases.
