I know this haz been discussed but I ordered items 10 days ago and Still in process. I am aware of the warehouse and weather issues but shouldn't that be straightened out by now ? Guess I'm wondering if I should call CS. At this point I think they forgot aboht me . Oh and they are Isomers products. Thanks

Go ahead and give them a call. It will give you peace of mind to know what's going on. It's so frustrating waiting to get the sweet goodies you want so much!

The Isomers item that I ordered on the 13th. just shipped today. Someone posted in another thread that the delay is due to them moving to a new warehouse and getting impacted by the weather. They said that the delayed orders should be shipping within the next couple of days. BTW, I called a few times about my order and was given a different answer each time, so I don't think that CS has very accurate information.

Thanks I will give till tommorow since they have resumed shipping it seems. I may just canx the order after that. Its a bday gift for a friend. Definitely didnt think this would ever be an issue, AFTER the holidays. Her party is next weekend so we shall see.

If it's one of the better deals offered, why not put a pic in her b'day card (or a description) and let her know it's on it's way? I have certain friends I know so well, I can buy their fav skincare products as gifts. They know me that well also. I would rather wait for a great purchase my friend knows I would love, than a candle...{#emotions_dlg.blush}

My order status was "processing" yesterday, and I received the pkg today. I ordered on the 14th.

The pic in bday card is a cote idea. I just checked my order 1st thing when i woke up.0442 ET. Obsessive i know anyway seems 2 of the 4 ,things shipped last night . Crossing fingers

Your order has probably been cancelled & they haven't bothered to notify you. I had this happen once. My order sat in processing for 9 days so I e-mailed them to see what the delay was. I got a response that my order would be shipping that day. The next morning I had an e-mail from them that my order had been cancelled because they couldn't get the item that I'd ordered from the vendor.

OH WOW that is so aggravating, and terrible customer practices. They should have at least given you some kind of gift card for future purchases.{#emotions_dlg.mad}
