Dry Lips Revisited

I read the previous thread about dry lips and water consumption. I have dry, burning, sometimes peeling lips all year round.

Two things caught my eye.

I take Adderall. One poster said she thinks that has contributed to her dry lips. Any other Adderall takers have this problem?

Toothpaste...many posters mentioned toothpaste as the cuplrit. Some toothpastes I have used have "set my lips on fire". Any recs. for toothpastes that are gentler than others.
