Ingredients are very different from one another. I can't see that they would perform the same.

I have used both and prefer the Dr. Denese. I use them to this day. The Nassif Pads are very dry - not dripping with product as they portray.

I haven't tried them in a while, but, from what I recall, the Dr. D pads felt oily on my skin. I didn't like them. If you have dry skin an oily pad might be a good thing.

I use Nassif's pads and love them. I am on auto delivery and have never found them to be dry.
