Dr Denese Website Gone?

I just tried to go to the Dr Denese website & realized it's no longer available. You can only get her products now on other sites. Does anyone know when this happened? I was using other products, but, as usual go back to DD and wanted the Advanced Firming Facial Pads. It's been some time since I got an email on one of her flash sales, but I didn't really realize it til now when the site is gone.
