Dr Denese - How long before I notice a difference?

I received Dr. Denese's TSV through the insider last week. I thought it was a wonderful price for the sizes you get but I am wondering how long before I should expect to see a difference (1 week, 1 month, longer?) Of course, I would like to see a difference overnight. Quite frankly, I think I look worse (skin a little red and dry looking). Help?
