Does Spackle Really Help with BnB Application and Lasting Throughout the Day?

I just took the plunge and ordered the Ethereal Spackle (4oz. pump). I'm not a person who likes to lengthen my beauty routine but if this works I'll try it. I am looking for something that will even out my complexion and make my BnB look better on the skin (glowy)and not chalky. I am also hoping the primer will help keep my makeup on throughout the day. Too much to ask? You Spackle experts out there, can you let me know if it's worth the extra step? Thank you {#emotions_dlg.confused1}
