Does Chaz towel dry???

I was watching the video of the girl getting surprised. I know he adds everything to soaking wet hair, does he then towel dry afterwards or just begin blow drying????? I have always towel dried first then added products. Just recently started doing it the "right" way, but alway towel dry after.... Just curios as to what you think Chaz would recommendSmiley Happy thanks!
