Do you wear false eyelashes?

On HSN this morning they were selling a line of beauty( Your Best Friend line) that had false eyelashes for sale. I had a question about them. Do they last a long time? Do you use mascara on them and how do you clean them? I have never used false lashes. Does the glue damage your eyelid skin or your own lashes??
