I also use Caldesene powder on my body, even the fem area, I am 73 and been using it since my first child was born in 1980, I also use the one in the blue container, same formula but it has a more baby powder fragrance. It contains zinc oxide, very soothing. Ever hear of the brand Boudreaux's Butt Paste, it is now made by them. 100% talc free. Get it on amazon or I Herb.

Nope, had a hysterectomy many yrs. ago won't be having any trouble with ovary problems. Think that was the big no no with that big scare yrs. ago.

My mother died of Ovarian cancer. I know she had dusting powder in the house, although I have no idea if she actually used it. It might've just been a decoration on the back of the toilet.
I've never used body powders, especially not there. So, I'm not concerned about the talc that might be in my makeup.

You can still buy Johnson & Johnson baby powder, I still use it. No longer contains talc. They have replaced talc with cornstarch.

Just to clarify, this is not a true statement: "companies continue to add talc to makeup, knowing that it's a carcinogen"
Talc is a mineral created under metamorphic settings. Several fibrous minerals, such as asbestos, are also created in metamorphic settings. The issue is that since these minerals are naturally found together, mining operations will often excavate both minerals causing contamination of the desired talc mineral. Thus, talc should be properly filtered and tested for asbestos and other minerals before being incorporated into products.

Among other concerns, it is very aging. So many options available without talc.

Is Johnson and Johnson still putting Talc in their baby powder?
