Do you buy yourself a birthday present?

Just wondering who does. My B-day is this Sunday. DH is out of town until late Sunday, I've had a stinking cold for a whole week & can't go out shopping yet. Plan on getting myself PSS's version of Pure Grace products (Philosophy's scents just are not the same anymore). Not gonna break the bank but just want a little something for myself that I know I'll enjoy. Does anyone else treat themselves on their birthday (before, during or after)???
