I bought a TSV (or whatever it was called on what was either the first ShopHQ or Evine) from this mfg years ago.  It was three 1 oz bottles that you were to use at specific times (one morning, one night and one both, IIRC).  To my surprise, this cleared up a problem i had with a lot of little "pimples" (not white- or blackheads) on my face.  After about a month, they completely disappeared.  However, you couldn't really see them unless you were VERY close to my face, or maybe if I'd been on HD TV. I don't think that in regular photos that I took myself they would have been visible.  I didn't see them when I looked in a regular mirror, but I could feel them like bleepin' unmovable pebbles when I touched my cheeks.  

This woman didn't look any better in the after to me, but whatever she is using may have made a big difference that she notices.

I see nothing different. I don't know what she's supposed to be advertising but it doesn't seem to have worked

I see a teensy bit less texture under the eyes, and teensy bit more brightness under the eyes.  But it could just be blurring/filter.  The rest of her skin looks worse.  I have not seen that type of raised texture under the eyes.  She has that in other parts of her face.  Maybe dermatitis or excema?  I would go to a dermatologist.
