The jury is still out for me I don't know if I'm crazy about cleansing balms. I have only used two, Clinique and IT. Now it could be I have had the IT balm a long time (I hoard skincare) I don like the smell I wonder if it turned? Either way I like the Clinique one better but I'm not sure I will buy either one again.

As opposed to a cleansing cream, or cleansing bar?  It wouldn't be so much how the product is manufactured, but how affective it is and how easy it is to use.

I use Clean It Zero (pink jar). Removes everything including sunscreen and it's doesn't strip my dry skin.

Re: Do You Like Cleansing Balms

I like The Beauty Spy one.  I still use Bifacil first on my eye makeup and the cleansing balm afterwards.  It doesn't burn my eyes, and once I wash that off I'm done.  I don't double cleanse.

I'm still using an oil cleanser most days and using the cleansing balm only on the days I wear makeup, but once I use up the oil cleanser I plan to change over to just the cleansing balm in the evenings.  I still use Aveeno Positively Radiant cleanser in the shower.

Philosiphy's Purity does great for me.  I don't know what category you would put that product in.

I've used Cliniques foaming cleanser for years. A cleansing balm sounds too greasy to me. I have oily skin.

@Jordan2

I love cleansing balms for removing my make-up!  I have used both e.l.f. and Naturium.  Love them both!  Once I apply it, I then wet my fingers and massage it in.  They both get nice and creamy & remove every stitch of make-up.  Honestly, I can't say I like one better than the other.  I finished up my e.l.f. balm & have been using Naturium for a while.  You can't go wrong it's either one! Woman Very Happy

The only cleansing balm I have used is Elemis Pro Collagen Rose Cleansing Balm. I like to use an exfoliating wash in the morning. The Elemis Rose Balm has a luxurious texture and a heavenly scent.  I use it on nights when I need a little extra pampering.  I follow it up with the Rose oil, which I adore, and the Plumping Pillow Facial for a an extra special treatment.  I actually used this routine tonight!  Smells so amazing and special !!!

This is what I have been using for a few years.  I love the scent and it does a good job removing makeup.  I follow up with an Elemis Dynamic Resurfacing Facial Pad.

Re: Do You Like Cleansing Balms

I've only ever tried 1 balm years ago. But I'm spoiled with a lotion cleanser. Even if I did use heavy makeup, which I don't, my lotion cleanser is thorough, not greasy feeling, non-stripping and gentle on the eyes. Rinses easily with water with no tugging at your skin.
