Do Not Order Direct From Bare Escentuals

Has anyone ever ordered from bareescentuals*com?

I place an order on June 30th. for cleanser thinking it would ship faster direct. On July I place another order for 2 brushes. I received an order confirmation on both. After a few days I phoned to see if my order had shipped and was told it was shipped on July 2nd. Today is the10th. and I have received nothing nor any communication. I phoned again and was told their warehouse was going through some enhancements and it would ship soon. I asked for a credit and they said they had no way of doing this. I just kept getting the runaround with still no date of shipment. What would you do? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
