Disappointed in LG e/s from Test Tube

Hi All! I've been wanting to try LG baked eye shadow and luck would have it, I got one in my New Beauty Test tube. I got Biscotti/Dark Chocolate (something like that). Anyway, it went on very light with little color payoff. Additionally, it's 3:30 and has completely worn off. I used UDPP as I normally would. My Tarte and Bare Escentuals stays on until I take it off. I am glad I found this out before purchasing the product.

Anyone else find the color payoff and staying power not up to par of BE and tarte?
