He looks great. Really healthy, glowing, with a zest for life. I had no clue he's 54. I figured mid to late 40s. So whatever he's doing suits him well.

I just wanted to say to the OP if you hadn't seen Dimitri in a long time I could see why you would think he looked thin. He mentioned he lost 25lbs in 3 weeks. That is a lot of weight for sure. He also says he is trying to stop smoking also. He mentioned he is under a doctor's care during his last visit. I think if he loses more weight he will begin to look gaunt. Right now he looks good, but he is a bit hyper at times. Being a workaholic can take its toll so lets hope he can enjoy his birthday with some fun and relaxation after this visit.
