Difference between the Evercolor Shadow Sticks & Eye Amplifying Shadow Liner

Hi,

I am interested in the Mally TSV for Dec. I have the Share the Love set with the eye amplifying shadow liner. The Dec. TSV has the Evercolor Shadow Sticks. Can anyone tell me the difference? They are both eye shadows - which do you like better? Can they both line? TIA.
