They are kind of "iffy", aren't they? Plus, when Peter said the effects will last anywhere from 3-8 hrs, it wasn't all that impressive. I mean, for the person whom it only lasts 3 hrs. for, are they really going to stop what they're doing and re-apply throughout the day, especially if they have makeup on, not to mention they might be AT WORK or an event where they can't just pick up and leave? Even someone gets the full 8 hrs., could you imagine looking young, firm, and lifted all day and then an hour or two before quitting time the product gives out and you're your old self again? How embarrassing would that be?

I tried samples of this and never could make it work for me. I wanted to firm my undereye area and tried with and without eye cream. Also, the temporary result thing just doesn't do it for me.

my aunt loves this stuff but she did say that it took a bit of practice in order to perfect it. her results were so amazing that i thought she had a face and eye lift. lol.

I know the reviews are iffy and I don't personally use the product.
However, my DH does and really likes it. I like it ON him! LOL
He has deep bags under his eyes in the morning...esp. if he doesn't use his sleep machine which he hates. He uses it every morning and it is a noticeable improvement.
At the end of the day (I'd say he gets a good 6-8 hours out of it) you don't really 'see' everything falling apart again! LOL When he comes home from work, he looks fine.
But those morning bags...this has helped a lot. Be sure to only use a DOT! Seriously, a tiny dot blotted in w/ your pinky around the eyes (or wherever you wish to use it). Too much and you will see white residue. The tubes will last forever. He wishes we got the brush w/ ours but he has had/used this since the beginning when it didn't come w/ a brush.
Good luck and give it a fair chance...but don't be afraid to send it back if you don't like it.

Serious Skin Care sells a similar product (think it's called Instatox) and although there are many iffy reviews on that product too, the last time Jennifer was presenting it, the HSN host said it is the most re-ordered HSN skincare product they sell. That really does say something.
I've kind of gotten the idea that it takes a bit of practice to really see any benefits but once that happens, it is addictive. Some give up very quickly though and some, try as they might, never do get the results they want.
I got the same impression watching Peter's presentation - practice with it awhile and don't just try once and give up. I do agree that products like this seem to work very well for anyone with puffiness or baggy under eyes.
I have a lot of respect for PTR so I do believe this product can and does work for many. I think he has far too much integrity to sell any product that just plain doesn't work. And he has no reason to either as he's very successful without having to add this. I did hear him say that he has used it on some of his "more famous" clients and they loved it.

I know it's inconvenient, but send it back if you don't like it. I use it sometimes & there is a learning curve to find out what's the best amount to apply. I have an unusual problem with one eye that makes it ultra-sensitive to any products I apply in that area. This product is one of the few I can use that doesn't cause that eye to tear up.

I love this product! It is the only thing that smooths out the skin under my eyes, but it does take a little practice. You literally only use a pin dot amount of product per eye. And for me at least, I can't put foundation or concealer over it. But you can dust on a powder foundation for coverage.

Thanks to your review and those of the others, I think I'll give this a shot! The only other product I've tried that's even somewhat similar is a Prai something or other (years ago). You held your face immobile for 5 minutes then stand by for miraculous results! Well, not for me, but I didn't give it a chance. If I do get this, I'll be patient and keep trying because persistence and tweaking obviously does deliver good results.
I'm glad you mentioned not using foundation or concealer, and that might be a problem for me. But heaven knows I've got plenty of powder foundations so I'll play around with those, too.
BUT -- what about your skincare products -- serums moisturizers, sunscreen? Do you have to forego those as well? If so, I'll have to pass as I won't go without sunblock (at the very least).
Thanks!
