Maybe it is the time of year but the past 2 times Chaz was on seemed like repeats. I know they were not but there were no new products and really no new info. Maybe these shows are for the beginner? Don't get me wrong LOVE both Chaz and Wen but have not been watching the shows. I started yesterday but changed the channel rather quickly. I am waiting for the BGT oil and hopefully a styling creme. Any ideas as to when this might be introduced? I'm excited about WCM and LOVED FAS. Thinking the spring will be just as wonderful. Can't remember if peach is first or the orange blossom but I'm sure I will love them both! Also what about the 32oz BGT? I'm sure this has been discussed but I missed it. I am not on the boards daily or even weekly. I do enjoy all the tips and discussions but the minute it gets negative or there is bickering I typically log. I have had better luck with the BGT my hair was getting oily from using it but I stuck with it and used more. Seems to be working I can now go 2-3 days in between washings. I need something new! {#emotions_dlg.biggrin}

Ditto your sentiment...I actually forgot to watch the show yesterday, which is a first for me...although I'm sure it was quite a relief for my husband. {#emotions_dlg.biggrin}

I know what you mean. I watched some of the WEN show yesterday, but found myself being able to regurgitate all the product info verbatim. I think boredom or complacency is probably business concern of Chaz', it probably is for most businesses - generating new customers while keeping current customers engaged. It must be difficult. Hence, maybe part of the reasoning behind his expansion to other countries? I have TONS of cleansing conditioner in my linen closet and have an odd contentment about that. Still, I'm excited about what' coming. Maybe it's the season. If you're anywhere that experiences true winter weather (repeated snow, blizzards, whiteout conditions, below freezing temps, treacherous driving), you might be experiencing snow and winter overload. This year has been a lot tougher than many, many years prior and most people are ready for it to be done. Yeah, Puxatawny Phil just predicted six more weeks of winter, but spring will be here soon and new WEN products will be arriving on A/D's and new offerings. Hang in there.

I'm in CT. I love winter. In fact I love all seasons which is why I love New England. I don't tend to keep a ton of Wen in my closet. I have 32oz FAS that is in my shower along with my 613 styling cream and BGT cc, 1 in my closet I have, 1-32ozWCM cc, 2-sam glossing serum(rarely use), 1 lg FAS oil, 1med fig oil, 1 small cuc aloe oil, 1 sam mousse(rarely use), 1 SAM texture balm (rarely use) 2 lg round brushes, 1 small round brush and one wen comb in my shower. I would have ordered more if there was something new or a great deal. I do need 613cc but am waiting for a better deal. Really need that BGT oil and sc!!!!!

True...I actually wanted to spend $ yesterday but there was nothing that I needed or was too good of a price to pass up.

I was itching to spend money yesterday, but Chaz offered nothing new or interesting. I really wish he'd do better kits.

Yes or not wait so long to introduce "missing parts" I wish every time he introduced new formulations he would offer all of its counterparts. I like complete sets. For example the 3 products I use every day are CC, SC and oil. Only the core scents come in all three products. I REALLY wish there were seasonal SC's. I hate that when I use my FAS oil and CC I need to use a diff SC. I currently use 613 SC and I really don't think the scents compliment each other. I can't really find any SC that goes with FAS. {#emotions_dlg.sad} I guess if he launched it all at once that would not be good marketing?

Yes, he helped my budget a lot. I wish there was a kit I really needed. The thing is I have such a stash, I only need odds and ends now unless something new comes along.

Could part of the problem be that there's no secrets anymore - everyone already knows what the new scents for spring and summer will be, so when they are released it's like alright, been there, what's the next thing? Looking for a new, exciting scent all the time personally reminds me of when I used to walk the shampoo aisle looking for the next, best shampoo that would work for me. I'm sure most WENners don't feel that way, but guess I find it comfortable to use the same product and know I'll get the same great results.

I'm not one that needs a new WEN item every visit, maybe that comes from being a long-time WENner when there wasn't a new seasonal scent every three months.

I'm just sick and tired of winter and am just plain cranky about everything - just ask my DH - lol. This morning I went to take my shower with it brown and dry outside, came out to heavy snow and over an inch of snow on the ground Smiley Sad

Yeah, I am with you. I am recording the shows and then just fast forwarding through them to see if there is anything new. I like all the tips but already heard them numerous times but yes, I think they are for the beginners or for those that have been using the products for awhile but maybe not getting the results they wanted. So the shows serve their purpose but for those of us more experienced users and already know what works and doesn't work for us, then it is a little mundane.

Also, part of my problem with WEN is that the past few seasonals and the newest core formula, BGT, have not been for me and it sounds like this third seasonal, Spring, won't be either so even the new stuff isn't something I'm excited about.
