@SilleeMee , I held off purchasing Nira Pro coz even though there were some good discounts I was holding onto hope that this was going to be available soon. Many influencers had better reviews for this device than the Nira but you cannot fully trust them coz they get a commission. Now that u have reviewed it, I most definitely won't purchase Nira. Thank u for the update!

It also could be that they do not want to ship to the US coz the shipping is very high.  
There was a microneedling device (derminator) I was considering favorably, they have clearly stated on their website "THE COST OF SHIPPING IS VERY HIGH AT THE MOMENT DUE TO OUR POSTAL SERVICE STILL NOT SHIPPING TO THE US. WE USE DHL INSTEAD AT THE MOMENT.
