I think she looks great and she always did. But when I think back to St Elmo's Fire, About Last Night and her other brat pack movie days, even in Ghost. Her face was a different shape. She did not have pronounced rounded cheek bones. Her face was square and full.

Not to mention injections and face lifts.
@Pook ITA.

Ater googling her, there are many phots with some articles speculating plastic surgery. There are also expensive facial treatments...including injections of their own blood platelets and/or fat to plump wrinkles, lazers, peels, etc.
I would find it strange that an actress of this age would not take advantage of all things available to keep aging at bay.
*Not a wrinkle on forehead or slight sagging (jowls) or any slacking of neck or jawline. I vote for photoshop and will add that I think actresses and celebrities need to stop these makeup free pics. They're misleading.
*Her basic facial structure looks different than when she was younger.

@Shanus I totally agree. Plus, I believe I read that her daughter has had plastic surgery,
who knows or who cares, just mentioning it because why wouldn't Demi Moore take advantage of whatever she could? I don't know if it's photoshopped or just a slight filter, in any case, she looks great! She's in her 50's, right? (i dont care enough to google, LOL)

We can ALL look that good when we photo shop ourselves into looking like we are way younger than we really are! Don't be taken in by this ladies!!!

a lot of fillers, botox and lip plumping to just start here.... but really does it matter at all how supposely YOUNG you look at this age or that age? We all get old and we all will die.

I doubt there are many people, especially celebs, who post a photo without some type of filter, photoshopping, etc. Even if that just means smoothing the skin out.
If you go to her Instagram and check out other photos, it's obvious this photo is altered. Her skin isn't that perfect.

I don't have a single wrinkle on my forehead but I sure don't look like I've had "work" done LOL Wait, is the "number 1" between my eyes considered a wrinkle? Most have the number 11 but some of us have a single line. I think Demi looks good, work or no work, Photoshop or no Photoshop. The entire world does it. I can hear my dad now..."if the entire world jumped off a cliff to their death, would you do it?" The only issue I see with this is (and it's a big one) isthe influence it can have over young impressionable girls that will have body image dysmorphia.

My husband never believed me about camera filters, and such. He always saw and thought that Suzanne Somers was so attractive for her age when she was on HSN, and then when she was on QVC he couldn't believe it. He couldn't believe she was the same woman.
I said I told you most of these ladies and men on television have filters and special lighting, they are not all that flawless in real life......
There is one of the young ladies who does our local weather, cute a can be, but I knew she didn't look that flawless in real life because her instagram photos showed the real her without all of that special lighting-its amazing what that can do for you...I remember hearing Lisa Robertson talk about it....
I always thought that Demi Moore was very attractive, but she definitely has had some tweaks here and there for sure.....Still attractive though!
