Delivery Issues

Is anyone else having issues with their auto-delivery? This is the second time UPS has "misplaced" my shipment. I will be out of Wen before QVC will either replace or refund for this shipment. This is the second time this has happened. I've decided auto-delivery doesn't work anymore and will have to order as I see my supply getting low. This is very frustrating.
