Sooooo slow. I bought 2 of the same items at the same time. One shipped UPS and the other Fedex smartpost. One came in 3 days, the other in 8. A) why didn't they ship together, and B) even shipped separately, why wasn't the same carrier/method used?

I agree.  A lot of the shipping decisions are a mystery to me.  This tsv, every single one has come on time and all of them shipped ups except the last one, this one, which for some inexplicable reason they downgraded to fedex smart post.  It's very frustrating.  I got another package I was waiting on from tarte that came fedex smartpost today and it looked like somebody ran it over.  The box had dents and holes in it.  It shipped on the same day as the package with my tsv but it shipped from further away and still made it here before that one.  It's all bizarre.  I hope after the holidays, fedex smartpost starts getting dropped from all these packages.  And my packages shipped on the 10th by the way.  No tracking for 3 days and then none for another 4 days.  Pretty spotty and not very reliable at all.

I ordered 2 items at the same time as well - one was delivered on Monday - the second is stlll sitting in WV now since 12/11 - it shows "pending".  I called Fedex on Monday and they told me they have trucks that need to be unloaded - the earliest they would get to it is Thursday - disgraceful.

They don't care that people haven't gotten their packages.  They'e getting paid anyway.  No skin off their nose.  But letting trucks sit around for days before they even unload them is just plain ridiculous.

This years shipping is terrible!  My order was placed on December 5 and it took 13 days to arrive!  I ordered from many we'll know companies this month and everything arrived in 3 -5 days of the day I placed the order. This will remind me not to order from QVC especially around the holidays!

I agree that this year's shipping is horrible.  I have never had problems like this before.  I had placed an order through Josie Maran directly.  Tracking said it was delivered ... no box.  Had to hassle with them and they just refunded my money.  So I am out the products I ordered from them.  Then yesterday I was supposedly delivered 3 boxes from Julep (nail polish) only received 2 and supposed to receive 2 boxes from Zoya (also polish) only received 1.  All tracking shows USPS delivered them (also went through Fed Ex).  Really?  Earlier this week USPS (through Fed Ex) delivered a box from Zoya all bashed in and taped over and you could smell the polish.  Sure enough the bottles were all shattered and spilled all over the place.  Yesterday I received a box from Amazon and it was all bashed in and beat up.  I thought for sure contents were damaged but thankfully they were not.  That is another weird thing.  According to Amazon Order Status my order was shipped in three boxes.  Two of which tracking said were delivered yesterday.  I only received the one large beat up box which contained ALL of my items.  Now I have received another email from them saying a third box is being shipped with an item I have already received.  Of course you can't get through to anybody.  I'm at my wit's end.  What are we supposed to do???
