Good morning, lovelies! How is the heat where you are? Is it subsiding? We got some much-needed rain here yesterday: we went the whole month of July DRY!! That makes me nervous (although that's the way it is every year), since people shot off illegal fireworks (which are STILL being heard), and the grass and trees are so dry. Ugh.

But on to the purpose of this thread! Have you used anything up this week? I am close on a couple of ubers, but they're still hanging on! If you used up anything in the way of beauty products, Philosophy or not, in bottles or not, list them here. All those beauty and bath goodies count. Lurkers are always welcome to start their first posts here: we don't judge! If it left your home, whether through gifting, tossing, or simply using up, they count!

I had some victory in the reclaiming of some bathroom counter space: the neighbor who moved to South Carolina recently not only gave me some of her bookcases, she gave me an over-the-john wire rack! Now I can store some stuff on the shelves there and open up space on my counter.

I hope you have a wonderful week, and savor the last bits of summer. It's already starting to feel fall-ish around here, and football preseason games start this week!! (I even got a little TV, the gift of a neighbor, to put in my office so I can watch college football while I work my Saturday job. I gotta support my team, since some are also my students!! GO HUSKIES!! The college football watching has been heartily approved by my wonderful boss, of course.)
