Goldfaden MD Hands to Heart Brightening Hand Treatment
My sister-in-law loves this product and says it really works. It is about $38.00 a tube but she said it is worth every penny.

Have you tried the lotion Amlactin? It really works well on fading and getting rid of age spots and those dry spots on your arms and legs. You can get it at Costco. It's the best price there. Here's the link to read about it: http://amlactin.com/?gclid=CKeMnJfAsM0CFZA2aQodyI4A_w
I like Amlactin, but unfortunately the smell keeps me from using it.

This product is a known carcinogen and is banned in many countries so use it at your own risk.I certainly would not risk getting cancer just to get rid of a few spots.

@Sunshine Kate, Amlactin is fragrance free -- at least the moisturizing body lotion that I get at Costco is. One of the many reasons I love it, since I hate any scented skin and hair products!

The only product that I've found that really works is Pop Popular facial cream that I purchased on ebay. I used it on my hands and spots gone! I just painted it on the spots with a lipstick brush three times a day and within a month they started fading then just disappeared and have not returned. This stuff really works. About $4 on ebay and looks like this:

Main ingredient here is Kojic Acid, you can get many American made products with this in it.

DMDM Hydantoin is also listed as toxic, yet so many Amer. made products use this as a preservative, including Soft Soap, Ponds, and Dove. UniLever is the main culprit.

I just noticed that they changed the formula on this product. The one I use has Papaya extract which I think is the magic ingredient. That's why i first purchased it. The one I use looks like this and I googled to find a seller. This is the best!

The best cream I've tried is Pond's Clarant B3 and it's $8.99 a jar. I use in the a.m. and the p.m. You must use it everyday or else the spots return. Try it, you'll like it!

I remember one time a poster put her before and after pics up with this product. Her face looked great.
