Danny Seo and his brands are leaving ShopHQ

From a ShopHQ FB Group post. Sad.

' Hi everyone! I want to say hi and thank everyone for all the support over the years at Shophq. Some news: I won’t be coming back but please follow me on Facebook and Instagram for some exciting updates. I met one of you this week in NYC when I was dining at the Bryant Park Grill and you could not have been nicer about loving the show and all the products. I’ll miss you all and I will miss all the wonderful hosts at Shophq too. Xo -Danny'

Cant say I am surprised, SHQ is a revolving door between its hosts and vendors.

Sounds as if they are doing quite a revamping. I hope it's to their betterment.

It is sad. Pretty soon we'll be able to count their vendors on two hands.  I was initially happy that they had added Sees Candies but the prices were ridiculous; you would do much better ordering direct.  I think Danny used to be at QVC at one time, briefly.  He may show up somewhere else again.

What's the big secret?  Why aren't his brands named?  I have no idea who this guy is.

He promotes a lot of different brands, chiefly Korean I think. He doesn't have his own brand as far as I know.  All clean beauty

He is the curator for K-beauty at ShopHq, kind of like Chelsea at HSN

Hi,

Danny Seo is an editor of his own wellness magazine. I loved watching his new items especially since they weren't easily available. Most are Korean but some were from other countries like Patyka from France. He would always share that products presented were not his products but the ones that had his approval since so many products would come across his desk. I loved his Medeca ampoules in a orange box. 🤗 and others. I'll be looking for his next move. Thanks for posting his departure I don't do social platforms. Some products are still posted on shophq under Naturally, Danny Seo

I do like his Schwanen Garten Antioxidant Serum he reps. It's lovely.
