Morning. Going to be nasty Hs today: hazy, hot & humid. Oppressively so they say. Doc appt. went pretty well. The retina is starting to form the normal valley; not perfect but way better. Doc said a 'good vitrectomy.' This was the uveitis spec yesterday. We'll taper the oral pred and whatch and see. There are still some cells and floaters, of course, but the floaters don't stick in there like before and like it does still in right eye. Doc let sis look (DH declined) and she could see what the doc was talking about. Wish I could see. Again, thanks for the prayers.

Happy Hump Day. Prayers.

Re: Daily Chat, Wed., 7/23/14

Good morning ladies. Hot and humid here also. Maybe some strong storms this afternoon.

Bethee, so happy you finally got some good news. Hope the healing continues. Do you know when they are going to do the other eye? Maybe you will be able to sleep better reducing the pred, here's hoping anyway.

Have to get ready to go to the grocery store. Ugh. Want to get it over with early.

Hi to all who stop in. Have a good day.

Prayers

Buxom Show Some Skin weightless foundation . . . got an email about it. Wonder how it compares to BareSkin. All this is so confusing. Guess trying to cover all markets.

Yes, sapphire, thanks. I hope to start sleeping better soon! Doc made a comment about how my vision is doing well, not sure about taking risk of doing vitrectomy on right eye. Well, in the clinical setting with controlled light, etc., I can measure a decent vision, but that is not that same as "seeing" in real life. I'll see how things go and stay with the left eye, but I'd do the right eye to get rid of the cr*p in there whenever they'd let me!
