It's almost 4p EST, and no chat. Only 2 replies yesterday. Sad.

It's a gorgeous day today. Tomorrow will be a bit warmer and humid. Folks will come here and we'll just do hot dogs on the fire pit. There's a grad party DH wants to go to; maybe we can go after the Belmont. I'm sure my folks won't stay much longer after that. Or DH will go without me. Not sure if the boys will go; youngest DS wants to go. It's for 3 girls who have been friends since pre-school. I don't know them well; none of us do really. But the one is our neighbor. Nice, pretty, smart girls.

Hi,Bethee. It's gorgeous here, too. I hope it's not too humid tomorrow - it's Dad's b'day party. Trying to organize this with my sisters and SIL, my, what a pain. Ok, not fair, but it was all "what do you think, I don't know, what do you think?" Then someone would suggest something and everyone had reasons why that wouldn't work. Oy! But, I think we've got it covered.

I say go to the party, have fun. It's always good to meet new people, right?

Hi Ladies. We have also had a beautiful day today. I had to pick up some water shoes for the 4 of us. White water rafting Sunday afternoon. Not really sure I will like it much, but I love my kids and friends..... Bethee, enjoy the party if you are able to go..... Catstamper, I love that you are making your father's card. That makes them extra special. My mom writes a poem for my kids every year for their birthday. She writes about things they like at the time, sports, friends, fun things they have done, etc. I love them. It means so much that she takes the time to do that. .. Time to fold laundry.
