Daily Chat, 7/2/13

Morning. STILL waiting to hear from HVAC place. I'm supposed to go to lunch with friends. I don't want to leave and have to come back. Also could go to grocery store, but . . . . DS went to the folks' last evening b/c they can't get online for some reason. I think the internet light on the modem is on, but they can't get on, with the desktop or the laptop, so I really don't know. Dad still not processing right since his stroke so you can't tell him anything. He still thinks he knows it all--stroke didn't change that. DS said mom was going to call Verizon today; part of me feels like I should go help, but then I don't want to get into it! Ugh.
