I'm fed up with this item,  the first one I ordered ha do send back fter 6 months be use it just stopped working.  Now the new one I give won't plug in no matter how hard I try ,  the plug itself is too thick ,  tried it in various outlets. !!!  Plus it is on wAitlist of course so can't even send back for another.

can anyone suggest a brush that is similar that I could get as it does work and I do love the results just not having any luck with dani ?

I recommend the Conair Infiniti straightening paddle brush. I've owned mine for 6 months now. In the U.S. It retails for about $50. Look for it on sale at Target or Walmart.
