DON'T WANT TO GROSS YOU BUT NEED TO KNOW

I am an older gal and have great skin. I really take care of it. But...every day I can depress the pores in my nose and they express white puss. I have med. pores and no black heads. My skin is really clean. Will I ever find something to stop this or should I be happy ar 68 that I still have some oil. Never had acne. What can you sugest and what is this called. Please help me. Thanks so much.
