DOC cloths for makeup removal?

Anyone know if the DOC cloths are safe for skinl? I am intrigued because of their ability to stay bacteria and odor free. My washcloths I use dont smell very good when clean after they get wet, what is that, and is it making trouble on my skin.{#emotions_dlg.crying}

What are DOC cloths? Also, what water temp do you use for the washcloths? I have only white so that I can wash them in hot water and occasionally a little bleach. Vinegar also is a disinfectant and I've used it to remove musty odor from dark towels.

I don't know what a doc cloth is either but I have been using microfiber wash cloths to remove my makeup. They have exfoliating properties too.
