I met a girl who had a gorgeous DIY ombre and thought I'd try it myself. So I did my research and started bleaching (with 20 developer). I bleached it twice (don't worry---not at once), but the lightest part is still NOT very light. I later toned it with Wella Beige Blonde toner & 20 developer, but it didn't seem to do much.
At this point I'm not sure what to do. I've heard that I've already bleached too much; I've heard I should bleach it again, because it wasn't bleached enough for the toner to have an effect; I've heard it's bleached more than enough for the toner to have an effect.
Should I do one more round of bleach and toner? or just a stronger/lighter toner? I don't want to keep damaging it so whatever I do has got to count.
It's been almost 2 weeks since it's been touched with chemicals but my brother's wedding is in a couple weeks so I need to take action pronto!!!
Thanks!!
