DERMSTORE - refund magazine

How you you go about the Magazine REFUND

I placed an order earlier this month and 3 mags coming and I didn't even want them

I just read a post and called DermStore and she gave me a # and said she has NO idea how it works or how much IF ANY they refund since you don't pay for them ...???
