I rarely post but I thought I would chime in here. I have been using the DermaFlash for about a month. I centainly didn't get it at the price of the TSV! I have to say it does make my skin look better. I had lots of peach fuzz. And exfoliation for me is usually something I can't do with a scrub because I have very sensitive skin and a mild case of rosecea. This makes my skin soft and truly gives it a glow (subtle one anyway). I've purchased the red light therapy hand held unit they used to sell on the Q and the NuFace tool, which neither have given me any results. The only thing I did notice is that I wasted a lot of money! This one definitely has given me results and has been worth it. Just my two cents...
