DDF Revolve 400X Micro-Polishing System vs Dr. Denese Clinical Resurfacing System

Has anyone used both of these and if so, can you compare the two?

A213876 DDF Revolve 400X Micro-Polishing System is cheaper but not sure it does the same thing.

Anyone have comments or suggestions? I love to hear your opinions!
