Hi Everybody!!

Let me start by saying....

Happy Memorial Day.  So grateful and humbled by the selfless sacrifice of our troops and the gold star families.  Definitely remembering them today.  As they say.. Some gave all.

It's a gonna be a pretty day here in my neck of the woods.  But we had our cook out yesterday.  Well it was a "cook in" due to the cold! So I have my day off for myself.  YAY!

So of course I'm thinking of cream blush... LOL!

Does anyone have a favorite cream blush?  I don't understand why more companies don't make a cream blush. Every time I find one I like, it get discontinued.  The other day I picked up NARS in Darling.

It is a nice color but I feel bad about it... because I got home and found out NARS is not cruelty free.  I am going to keep it.  Guess my convictions went out the window.  I do prefer cruelty free.  How can any company in this day and age not be cruelty free!?!?!  Ugh.  But that's a different post.

Thanks for your time!!

I am using Bloomeffects tinted lip and cheek balm from Qvc. It's natural looking and the tube will last a long time.   I just use as a blush.

I have also used Jane Iredale cream blush and liked that too.

@justashopper - I alternate between two:

Nars Org*sm (I didn't know Nars isn't cruelty free)

Clinique Chubby Stick in Amp'd Up Apple

Why is it, when I have a 50/50 guess at something, I'm always 100% wrong?

I also like to use cream blush!  I was using Benefit but recently changed to Mac.  Mac has more staying power and goes on really well.  I am 69 so try to stay away from any powders on my face!!

I've been using lipstick as a cream blush since I was a teenager (believe me, a very long time!).

@tototwo Lipstick works great as cream blush!

I also mix a bit of lipgloss (I love some of my Mac colors) into a bit of foundation & that works, too.

I loved the old Nars Cream Blush. I still have a bit left in a couple that I am using. I haven't tried te new ones. I do love their liquid blushes. Very pretty & natural flush. I have Orgasm, Torrid & Dolce Vita.

Fenty Cheeks Out Freestyle Cream Blush is my other favorite. They have 10 beautiful shades. I only have 3, so far. They don't dry to a powder finish like the Nars do, but they aren't sticky. And, again, the colors are so great! When they have another sale I want to get Strawberry Drip & Cool Berry.

@justashopper   Do you want a brand, shade or both? Cruelty free more difficult to find...suggest Jane Iredale. I personally like Bobbi Brown (famous for POT ROUGE) and Nars....not cruelty free, but their Stick blushes are good.

Hi I use only cruelty free brands . I have used Ilia multi sticks and Tower28 cream blush . They are really lovely . You can find them at Credo Beauty or Sephora . They also have their own websites . I will soon be 58 and recently found the UK brand Look fabulous Fovever . It is a makeup line made especially for women  over 50 . I tried their cream blush called Real Radiance blush in rosy glow and it is fabulous . They are cruelty free too. Although based in UK they do have a distribution center in US . They are currently offering free shipping on all orders Good luck !

IT Cosmetics cream blush is really nice.  It goes on smoothly & is long wearing.  It doesn't take much!

@justashopper

I recently started using RMS Beauty "Lips2Cheeks" in the color "demure."  I purchased it at my local Blue Mercury cosmetics store, though it is available at QVC.
