I haven't seen her. Could it be tattoo, or all day lip liner stain.  Defines the lips.  Maybe the lipstick wore off.  , or it doesn't show up on monitor

@SilleeMee   You are so correct about overloned lip liner!!  I noticed that a week ago, kind of retro. They do the light pink with darker liner.  Everything comes back. I am old enough to remember white  frosted lipstick with pink liner, lol omg, what was I thinking. In California when the record came out ALLEY OOP,   They promoted with all over the radio stations free alley oop lipstick to first 100 people. I received one , and it was white frosted lipstick!!!  They had to have given out more than 100, cuz every one in school was sportin white frost that week.
