Am I the only one that thinks Courtney's lips look like she has a permanent lip liner tattooed around them?  When they do a close up of her putting lipstick on, it looks like a permanent dark line around them.

@snipsnapsnur  I have always thought she has done something with her lips both the liner and plump them up. However, I hope she is done because so far they look okay, I hope she is done not go overboard.

I think she purposely lines her lips that way. I find it to be very distracting and very outdated. It looks so out of place.

A few months ago on a makeup show, she told the vendor that she now routinely uses one of her eyeliner pencils to line her lips.

She always lines her lips and applies her lipstick way past her actual lip line. It's too much IMO and very obvious. But many Women her age and younger seem to do this a lot. She is such a natural beauty, I don't know why she feels the need to enhance it to the degree she does, because she doesn't need to, it just ends up looking fake.

Like Courtney but I find it very annoying with listening to her suck on the candy or mint she eats. I realize her mouth probably gets dry but it's something that just irritates me. I know I'm ocd, oh well!

Many women have thier lips permanently lined. I see it all the time in many age groups.
