Ok peeps! I saw the presentation and I love what I'm doing now, but I think I will go back to using it on problem areas.  If anybody figures out keeping contact with the forehead, let me know!

Watch the presentation again.  Where the model places the eye attachment is the correct way: just below the socket.  I was going too high up.

They didn't mention that you get two attachments: both were shown. One is for delicate areas.

They said the exact thing I said about the kinetic serum. You don't have to use it, but you need moisture for suction.

I am so embarrassed that I was taken in by this scam. It is a vacuum that sucks up your skin. Serioulsy. I have a face full of broken capillaries, bruises, and petechiae to prove that it is not always safe, can and will cause mechanical trauma to your face, and is a waste of money. Even better, I bought it direct and cannot get their customer service people to return my emails to get a refund! I am about to call my credit card company to order a charge-back, and then on the the FDA, the BBB, and anyone else I can think of to file a fraud/scam report. If you think suctioning your face to smooth out wrinkles is a good idea, then enjoy. But remember when you were a kid and you sicked a glass onto your chin thinking it was cool, but it left bloody marks? That's all this is...suction and mild massage. My dermatologist saw my face and thought I had been in some kind of accident.

@Midnight11, II think across the board, all of these home spa products carry a little risk-very few exceptions.

I think what that person did was probably over use. I have one eye that had a little more bagging than the other. That was another mistake I made: wrong placement and overuse.

I have to look at the video on the web-site again: my CD has disappeared that came with it dissapeared. It's 3-5 pulses, but that dermatologist said to LIFT: the device when you move to the next area. I could swear-I'm probably wrong- that my instructions said to glide.

If you glide, I can see where that can possibly cause damage.

I am going to try it again but I will confine it to the "heartier" areas of my face: jowls, marionette lines ( diminished greatly by self facial massage under the tutelage of Olga Toja on YouTube)....and one of my cheeks has enlarged pores. Not terrible-getting better-but if this helps, great!

####This is big#### I noticed on the Clinical data shown on QVC, words like " respondents REPORTED" or "respondents SAID" or that type of language was NOT used. I might be wrong, but to me, that's significant. I could be mistaken....but one of the first things they talk about on their site are the Clinical hours spent on investigation.

I've noticed that when clinicals are discussed, they must have respondents filling out surveys....in other words, I don't know that clinicians are measuring and tracking changes.

Not everybody will like it: as with any other thing, some will love it, some not!

It's here already!  That has got to be some kind of record.

The booklet looks intimating.

I really need to use to use it, so I see if I should keep or return.

Mary, give a week-at least. Save that book: if I don't use the Contour for awhile, I forget which head to use.

Good Luck!
